CONRAD BRIAN LAW
Conrad Brian Law is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Childcare Management Solutions. He has been instrumental in aligning educational content with technology since 2007, including our global e-learning platform. Conrad facilitated CMS becoming the first approved online Early Care education platform in Maryland. He has worked as a business consultant with the Maryland SBDC, has worked on projects in West Africa sponsored by USAID and operates his own technology company, Applied Learning Solutions LLC. Conrad is a Certified Online Instructor (COI), holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is a Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP). He is an author and speaker on career and entrepreneurship success strategies. He is also the loving husband of the CEO, and the father of their children.
PAMELA CULBREATH
Pamela Culbreath joined the CMS family in August 2012. Pamela has over 25 years experience in management. Prior to working for Childcare Management Solutions LLC (CMS) Pamela worked for the Washington Post as an Advertisement Account Representative. Pamela continues to use her management and customer service skills with CMS as the Director of Training. She provides program administration, manages the office, serves as the Marketing Liaison Lead and supports Team CMS’ Associate Trainers. She is an excellent communicator, listener, problem solver and organizer. She enjoys working with the ECE Community with educators, agencies, organizations, families, churches and corporations.
